Description
Medium spicy mixed pickle with fresh Haldi root, lemon, green chillies and ginger, handmade in small batches using traditional lacto fermentation techniques. This pickle does not contain synthetic or natural vinegar. The pickle is preserved in the natural juices from the lemon and in wood pressed Mustard oil. All ingredients are washed and naturally dried before pickling.Free from additives, artificial preservatives, synthetic fillers or vinegars etc.

Haldi Root, Ginger, Green Chillies, Mohri Dal (split mustard seeds), Fenugreek seeds, Cold pressed Mustard Oil, Mix spices,Himalayan Rock Salt.

Usage Info
A delicious pickle that can add a burst of flavour to any dish; goes perfectly with Varan Bhaat Toop (Dal Rice Ghee) as well as simple Curd Rice etc.
Serve on the side with a hot paratha, also test well with Chapati,Bhakri and many millets processed products.
Storage Info
Store in a cool dry place. Ensure only a fully dry teaspoon is used to scoop out pickles from the bottle. Refrigeration is recommended.
